Water, corn starch, rice flour, psyllium fibre, rice starch, potato protein, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, extra-virgin olive oil 2%, humectant: sorbitol syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, thickeners: guar gum and xanthan gum, salt, yeast, flavourings. May contain traces of mustard, lupin and soy. Treated on the surface with ethyl alcohol.
Fette biscottate
Potato starch, corn starch, rice flour, sunflower oil, sugar, thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; psyllium fibre, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, yeast, potato protein, citrus fibre, antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract; flavourings.
May contain traces of lupin, mustard and soy.
