All the products of the Christmas line contain lactose-free butter and lactose-free milk. Lactose content is lower than 0.01%.
Water, corn starch, lactose-free butter 14%, sugar, egg yolk 6%, rice flour, thickener: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; yeast, sourdough, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; psyllium fibre, soy protein, flavourings, salt.
Icing sugar bag: sugar, corn starch.
May contain traces of mustard, hazelnuts and pistachios.
Lactose content in the finished product: <0.01g/100g.
