Fusilli

Prepared using exclusively corn flour and rice flour with no added mono and diglycerides, bronze-drawn, rough on the surface and dried at low temperature, our gluten-free Fusilli are spiralled in shape to better withhold condiments, and their small size makes them suitable for young children, too. Tips: Cook in abundant salted water for 9/12 minutes. We recommend tasting every few minutes to verify desired degree of doneness.
