Gluten-free sweet bakery product without icing, sugar grains, almonds, candied fruit, raisins, with chocolate chips. Specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.
Eggs, water, corn starch, sugar, lactose-free butter, chocolate chips 7% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; natural flavouring), glucose-fructose syrup, potato starch, rice starch, rice flour, yeast, sourdough, lactose-free skimmed milk powder, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; thickeners: guar gum, xanthan gum, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; soy protein, flavourings, preservative: potassium sorbate; salt.
May contain traces of lupin.
Lactose content in the finished product < 0.01 g/100 g. The product contains glucose and galactose due to the splitting of lactose.
