Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “Regulation”), this page describes the methods of processing the personal data of users who consult https://nutrifree.it (hereinafter “Website”).

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation data

During their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Website acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment. These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed in order to check the correct functioning of the services offered. The navigation data do not persist for more than seven days and are cancelled immediately after their aggregation (except in the event of any need for the investigation of crimes by the Judicial Authority).

Data communicated by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of data through the sending of messages via the e-mail addresses present on the Website or through the contact forms on our Website, involves the acquisition of the personal data of the data subject (necessary to respond to requests) as well as all the personal data included in the communications.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES

Navigation data

Navigation data are used solely for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Website, for security purposes of the Website and to check its correct functioning, and could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of any computer crimes against the Website. The legal basis for the processing of such data is the legitimate interest of the controller and, in the event of requests by the Authorities, the legal obligation.

Data provided directly by the user

The personal data provided by the user, on an optional basis, are used to comply with the requests made and to implement the legal obligations and/or pre-contractual obligations and/or contractual obligations deriving from the relationship that the user establishes with the Data Controller. The legal bases for the processing of such data are therefore: the execution of obligations deriving from the pre-contractual, contractual relationship, fulfilment of legal obligations and consent. If necessary, the data may also be used on the base of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to carry out defensive activities or to assert or defend a right in court.

METHODS USED TO PROCESS PERSONAL DATA

The data collected are processed through IT tools and only on a residual basis through paper methods. For the processing of data connected to the services of the Website, the Data Controller uses servers located within the European territory and computer systems located at the Data Controller’s headquarters. Their transfer outside the European Union is not envisaged. Technical and organisational measures are taken in order to ensure an adequate level of security and prevent the loss of data, illegal or incorrect use of data, and unauthorised access. The data provided directly by the data subject are stored, depending on the purposes of the processing, for periods defined in the specific information provided to the data subjects with reference to the services provided on in this Website.

THE NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Except for the navigation data necessary to carry out the computer and telematics protocols, the provision of data by users through the various methods made available on the Website is free and optional. However, failure to provide the data will make it impossible to respond to the requests of the data subject.

RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

Data subjects who believe that the processing of their personal data carried out through this Website is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation, have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, as provided for by Article 77 of the Regulation, or to appeal to the relative courts (Article 79 of the Regulation).
