Prepared using only cornmeal and rice flour, with no added mono- and diglycerides, bronze drawn, rough on the surface and dried at low temperatures, Maccheroni Rigati are large in diameter and have side grooves to retain every type of condiment. It is the ideal pasta type for the preparation of oven pasta dishes and timballo. Tips: cook in plenty of salted water for 8-10 minutes. We recommend tasting every now and again to verify desired degree of doneness.
