Bronze drawn whole-wheat pasta, dried at low temperatures. Cooks in about 8/10 minutes. One portion of Pasta Integrale (80g) covers about 18% of daily fibre requirement. Tips: Cook in plenty of salted water for 8-10 minutes. We recommend tasting every now and again to verify desired degree of doneness.
