Mix Guar is a mix comprised of corn starch and guar flour ideal for semi-leavened products that are not meant to be soft, such a for example crackers, crispy schiacciata (unleavened bread) and pâte brisée. Tips: add a 10-g bag of Mix to improve the humidity balance and the elasticity during preparation without changing the flavour of the final product, guranteeing a crispy, low fat, well dry result.
